William Davies is a London-based writer and researcher who studied at the Courtauld Institute of Art and served as a press coordinator for the opening of White Cube’s Mason’s Yard space. His work appears in Encyclopaedia Britannica as part of a joint publishing agreement with the publisher of 1001 Paintings You Must See Before You Die, where the work originally appeared.
